These terms govern your use of Local Clash. By using the app you agree to them.
What Local Clash is
Local Clash is a free match-3 puzzle game. Each day there is one board, the same one
for everyone. Every board you clear adds one point to the region you chose, and regions
compete with each other. There is nothing to buy in the app.
Who provides it
Local Clash is provided by IYKYK.TOKYO INC, K.K.. You can reach us at admin@iykyk.tokyo.
Your account and your phone number
- You sign in with your mobile phone number. A verification code is sent to that
number, and entering it is how you sign in. For player accounts, there is no password.
- Use only a number that belongs to you. Do not register a number
that is not yours.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your number. If you lose it, we may not
be able to restore your account.
Text messages
- We never share, sell, or rent your mobile number.
- Message frequency. We send one message each time you ask for a
verification code in the app. We never send scheduled, promotional, or marketing
messages.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- There is no password. For player accounts, a verification code is
the only way to sign in to Local Clash.
What you may not do
- Manipulate scores or clear records by any means other than playing the game.
- Register a phone number that does not belong to you.
- Create multiple accounts to influence a region's ranking.
- Access the API by automated means, or place an unreasonable load on the service.
- Harass other players, or set a display name that targets or harms someone.
Display names are shown to other players in rankings.
Display names and profile photos
- Your display name and profile photo are shown to other players, in rankings and in
your profile. Do not use content that harms another person, is obscene, or is
discriminatory.
- If your display name or profile photo breaks this rule, we remove it without
notice.
- To report another player's display name or photo, use the report action in the app,
or contact us at
admin@iykyk.tokyo.
Suspending accounts
If you break these terms, we may suspend or delete your account without notice.
No warranty
Local Clash is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be available without
interruption, or that it will be free of defects.
Limitation of liability
Local Clash is free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IYKYK.TOKYO INC, K.K. is not liable
for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to the service
We may change what the app does, or stop providing it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Yokohama District Court has
exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute in the first instance.

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above.
